Kristen brings a unique blend of administrative expertise and technical proficiency to her role as Front Office Coordinator at Magnolia Connection. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Marketing, she combines strong customer service skills with critical thinking, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Kristen also has ten years of experience in marketing systems analysis, where she led projects and solutions at LCS, a senior living company.

At Magnolia Connection, Kristen ensures smooth daily operations, including client check-ins, reporting, and managing critical records, all while creating a welcoming environment for families. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, honed through managing project timelines and budgets, are key to her success in this role.

Kristen’s passion for learning and problem-solving extends beyond her work—she enjoys reading, solving puzzles, and painting in her free time. She also has 4 fur babies that keep her busy!
