Jeneca Miller is a valuable asset to the Magnolia Connection team, bringing nearly a decade of medical administrative experience and a strong customer service background. Throughout her career, she has honed essential skills in detail orientation, organization, and problem-solving, which are crucial in a medical administrative setting. Jeneca’s ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and her keen attention to detail ensure that our operations run smoothly and effectively. Her commitment to excellence and her proactive approach to problem-solving make her an integral part of our team.

As the primary contact for clients, Jeneca is dedicated to equipping families with all the information they need to have a successful journey with us. She understands the importance of clear communication and strives to make every interaction positive and informative. In addition to her administrative duties, Jeneca collaborates closely with our Nurse Practitioner to ensure that our clients receive excellent, comprehensive, and timely care, enhancing their overall experience with Magnolia Connection.

Outside of her professional life, Jeneca is a proud mother to her daughter and several fur babies. She values family time and enjoys creating lasting memories through travel and shared experiences. In her free time, she loves attending concerts and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs.
