Julia Bourg brings a blend of organizational and interpersonal skills to our team at Magnolia Connection. With nearly a decade of experience as an elementary school teacher, she has honed her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families, which is crucial for effectively addressing the needs of the whole child. This background is invaluable in supporting the core values of our practice, as it emphasizes the importance of holistic care and community involvement.

Since joining Magnolia Connection in 2022, Julia has taken on the management of various administrative aspects of the business. Her extensive hands-on experience has enabled her to transition seamlessly into a multifaceted role. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including supervision of staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating patient care, planning and development of programs, training new employees, and managing data. Julia’s comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of the practice runs smoothly, benefiting both clients and practitioners. Julia’s multifaceted skills and experiences make her an invaluable asset to Magnolia Connection.

Julia’s dedication to her work is matched by her commitment to her family. She and her husband are the proud parents of two wonderful children who keep them very busy. Despite her busy schedule, Julia makes it a priority to spend quality time with her family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with friends and family, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories. She also has a passion for scrapbooking. Additionally, Julia loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
