Licensed School Psychologist & Mental Health Counselor
I am licensed as both a School Psychologist and a mental health counselor. My academic background includes completing my undergraduate, Master’s, and Educational Specialist degrees at respected institutions. I also obtained licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from a recognized university.
I have worked as a School Psychologist for Heartland AEA and as a Child and Adolescent Clinician at a mental health practice. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults/college students with behavior disorders, learning disabilities, Autism, eating disorders, and a variety of other mental health concerns. I particularly enjoy working with families, especially those who have a child with a mental health disorder or learning disability, and are seeking support and/or education surrounding IEPs and 504 plans.
In addition to counseling, I provide psychological testing services and am very experienced with academic testing when a learning disorder is suspected. I belong to NASP, ISPA, and ACA, and am a certified Mental Health First Aid and Crisis Prevention and Intervention trainer. I joined Magnolia Connection in February 2024.
Outside of work, I love to spend time traveling, reading, trying new recipes, staying active, walking my dogs (Maggie and Eden), and getting hooked on a good Netflix show.
I joined Magnolia Connection in January 2024 and provide services in the Norwalk office.
